Cardiologist Suggests 5-Day Diet: Lose Up to 15 Pounds on Safe Way

Healthy diet is essential for our overall health. Your extra pounds can cause many health issues and risks like diabetes, heart diseases, high blood pressure, cancer, sleep apnea, gallbladder diseases and many more. Living with normal weight lowers these risks tremendously.

This diet which is mainly based on proteins was promoted by famous European cardiologist and it is very safe and healthy diet. During the diet plan it’s important to be used organic eggs and fresh fruits.

If you want to get better results, combine this diet with 15 minutes of some cardio exercises. This will help you to lose up to 15 pounds of weight.

It is a very simple diet. The breakfast is same for everyday and it includes: 1 piece of your favorite fruit, anything but grapes or bananas and some antioxidants like blackberries or blueberries.

Day 1

Lunch: 1 orange, a cup of yogurt, 1 egg
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 2 pieces of toast, ½ a cucumber or a small bowl of lettuce, 2 tomatoes

Day 2

Lunch: 1 orange, a cup of yogurt, 1 boiled egg
Dinner: a piece of toast, 125 gr. of red meat, a cup of tea or coffee with no sugar, 1 orange

Day 3

Lunch: 1 cucumber, 1 orange, 1 boiled egg
Dinner: 125 gr. of cooked red meat, 1 orange, a piece of toast, a cup of coffee or tea with no sugar

Day 4

Lunch: a piece of toast, 1 orange, 125 gr. of cottage cheese
Dinner: the same as day 3

Day 5

Lunch: a piece of toast, 200 gr. of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato
Dinner: ½ a pound of cooked carrots, potatoes and peas

Follow this diet for 5 days, be consistent and disciplined. After this five day protocol make two day rest. Avoid any type of alcohol drinks and don’t cook the vegetables with salt. If you have any health issues please consult your doctor first.
